In-stock items ship within 3–5 business days, and delivery typically takes around 15 working days after dispatch (pre-order items ship on their stated release date).

Returns and exchanges are not accepted. However, if your item arrives damaged or with a quality issue, please contact us within 48 hours with photos for a replacement or refund.
